CherrySpecs warrants that its eyewear will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days after delivery, subject to the conditions below. This limited warranty is in addition to any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
1 Covered Defects
· A frame component fails during normal use because of a verified manufacturing defect.
· A hinge, solder point, or structural component fails without impact, misuse, or alteration.
· A non-prescription or prescription lens coating materially peels, bubbles, or separates because of a verified production defect.
· A non-prescription lens is installed incorrectly, is materially loose, or contains a verified production defect present at delivery.
· Prescription lenses were manufactured differently from the order information accepted by CherrySpecs.
2 Not Covered
· Scratches, ordinary wear, discoloration, or cosmetic change from use.
· Damage caused by impact, bending, crushing, pets, heat, chemicals, improper storage, or unsuitable cleaning products.
· Loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized repair, modification, or adjustment.
· A change in prescription, incorrect customer-submitted prescription or PD, or ordinary adaptation difficulty.
· Damage to accessories or packaging that does not affect product function.
3 Making a Claim
Email support@cherryspecs.com with the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. We may request the product for inspection or request supporting prescription information. Do not send a product without authorization.
4 Remedies
For a verified covered defect, CherrySpecs may repair, replace, remake, or refund the affected product, depending on the nature of the issue and applicable law. A replacement or remake does not restart or extend the original warranty period unless required by law.
5 Limitations
This warranty applies to the original purchaser and original order. It does not limit any mandatory consumer warranty or remedy available under applicable law.
